1993 Edward Calderone

 Grove City HS graduate where he played football. He went on to play minor league baseball in the 1950’s. He created a minor league batting average of .232 with 7 home runs in his 172 professional games career with the Nazareth Barons, Mahanoy City Brewers, Owensboro Oilers, Gloversville-Johnstown Glovers, Kingston Ponies, and the Keokuk Kernels from 1950 – 1952. After the short stint in baseball he became a local official.
