A 1979 Moniteau HS graduate where she lettered 5 times. Two in basketball, two in golf, and one in volleyball. She was the first girl to play on the golf team at Moniteau. In her two years on the golf team she was in the number one position. IN 1979 she named a high school All-American in golf, and led he team to the District 9 Championship in 1980. For five consecutive years she captured the Butler County Women’s championship from 1978 – 1982. In 1979 and 1980 she won the Public Links championship in Pittsburgh both years, and the National Public Links Tournament in Edina, Minnesota in 1979. She won the 1980 Cener Square Golf Club in Philadelphia. Following high school she moved on to Florida State University’s Women’s Golf Team. She lettered he final three years at FSU. After college she played on teh Women’s Professional Tour on the West coast for one season. She won the Professional Tournament at Wedgewood Country Club in Lakeland Florida in 1988.
