2011 ​Mike Franko

A two year cross country runner at the Butler County Community College being named All-State twice for the Pioneers. He went on to continue cross country at Slippery Rock University where he ran the in 4 minutes and 18 seconds. After SRU, he served in the military and then returned to Butler. For many years he served as President of the Butler Road Race beginning in 2000. He has earned over 100 awards in his age groups in distance running including the Boston Marathon.
