2016 Megan Schnur

A 2003 Butler HS graduate who lettered four years in soccer. Over those four years she earned numerous awards and recognition. She was a WPIAL First Team four years, Post Gazette and Tribune Review First Team 2001& 2002. Also NSCAA High School All-State, Regional and National All-American. 2002 Gatorade Pennsylvania Player of the Year. McDoanld’s All-American> Butler High Schools first Parade All-American in 2003. Also in 2003 she was named Daper Dan Charities Female Player of the Year.

She moved on after high school to attend the University of Connecticut to continue her academic and athletic career. While there she earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees. At UCONN she was named to the first team Big East Conference, Big East Rookie of the Year.
