2018 Tom Schneider

The spent the majority of his adult life working to promote youth baseball in the Zelienople area, and was a huge promoter of Seneca Valley’s HS baseball promoting the team and fundraising monies to help build the workout building next to the baseball field for players. He served on the Zelienople Board of Directors for the Zelienople Parks Association for twenty-five years. He was a member of the Zelienople Baseball Association from 1997-2010. He coached the Zelienople entrant in the Butler County American Legion Program for twenty years. HE was President of the Seneca Valley HS Baseball Boosters for eighteen years, and was instrumental in the construction of the Seneca Valley Baseball Building which was named the Tom Schneider Baseball Building. He was also an active fundraiser for the Lions Club, Seneca Valley Basketball and Football Boosters also.
