2020 Bill McElroy

A 1993 Butler HS graduate as a multisport athlete competing in track, football, and basketball. He played on the 1991 WPIAL Championship Basketball Team. He was First Team All-Conference his junior and senior years. He received numerous offers to play football after high school. He decided to continue his athletic career at West Virgina University. He earned varsity letters and was twice named All Big East Academic Team. After college he continued his football career while teaching at Butler HS. He helped coach the football team for fourteen years.
