1966 Edward Vargo
Butler HS graduate. He played basketball and football. He also played football for the Butler Cubs football team. Eddie played baseball for local sandlot teams and worked as an umpire. He worked his way up through the ranks of umpiring and ended up becoming an outstanding Major League baseball umpire for 23 years before taking a position in Major League baseball offices.
